I think it became law in the 1950's, but the EU abolished it at some point before Brexit.

Most people/animals tend to eventually move forward, but some (people) remain Earthbound due to fear of what will happen to them or return on visitation. None take up any physicsl space as such as they are comprised of energy.

No, it didn’t - It decriminalized mediumship and spiritualist practices, provided they were done in good faith. It made it a specific crime to fraudulently pretend to act as a medium or telepath to make money out of people.

Someone could do it for fun, but not charge for it - that doesn’t recognise it as "real".
