The phone calls asking me to book a smart meter instal have resumed.

And today an email:

"From 1st January, Ofgem is making a small change to the energy price cap. While a typical household will pay about £3* more a year, the actual change to what you pay will depend on how much energy you use and how you pay - this could go up or down.

Please book a smart meter instal".
