I forgot, I took off my shoes doing 5k on the treadmill at the gym. I wore cushioned socks. It was lovely. I wasn't meant to but the gym manager wasn't nit picky so too his team of workers. Pleasant place to be.
I hate it. It's not attractive, personal preference. I use to just eat everything for flavour rather than hunger.

Not been on treadmill yet. For cardio I've just been doing bikes and cross trainer.
