tbf, there has been quite a turnover in Government Ministers in the last thirteen years, probably leading to a glut on the market…

This is just Cabinet Ministers/Secretaries of State, not including all of the others (each Department can have between 6-12 Ministers & Parliamentary Under-Secretaries)
