Here's a hyperthetical question.
The anti Brixit MPS force another referemdum and there are 3 option on the ballot paper and the results are as follow
35% - Remain in the UK.
33% - Leave with no deal
32% - Leave with Mays deal
Would the Remainers say they've won?
