I have had nearly 400 emails all the same sent to me each 36k in size which has caused me to get emails from NTL admin. The more I clear them the more I get them. I have emailed dabs (they don't have phones!) but still not resolution.

Are they identical emails?, same timestamp? You maybe having issues with a corrupt email or something, try logging into the email's webmail and delete it from there....or at least temp turn off the option that allows you to keep emails on the server for X days... (in outlook)
