My biggest bug bear is mobile phones. A law that is still ignored and not prosecuted. White van man seems to be particularly exempt.

The way I see it is it's legal vs illegal. and a lot of people today drift to the side of being illegal. they know that there's not a lot that will happen from them saving thousands of pounds. and it's true. not a lot will happen. infact I'm willing to do it myself simply because not a lot will happen.

I don't blame the police. I know that if they've got to be somewhere or whatever then their ANPR will be ignored. that's why there's cars that are still being used and driven on the roads months down the line.
