Re: SH2AC slowdown issue.

I got a new SH2ac last weekend and it was fine for the first couple of days, nice and fast, then it started to drop the ball so to speak.

Getting the speed via the speedtest.net on VM has never been an issue for me.
However over the last few days, I have been getting random 30 seconds without internet, but the Superhub is not disconnecting and nothing in the log.

Nothing in the house as internet access via VM be it wired or wireless, then 30 seconds later it back and nothing has changed.

Last night, I had this issue, not sure if it was package loss.

But both thinkbroadband and f8lure said I was down.

For some reason the ping is high, it the above one


Then add this, with having to reboot the Tivo boxes, to get the pictures back, we are not overall happy with VM at the moment, but still in contract.


Could the internet issues, be related to the kids being off school, which may cause more internet traffic?
