NB I am a long way away from Wales!

For info if using an Asus RT-N66U you can download test at full speed using latest ASUSWRT-Merlin firmware with QOS disabled,

Tomatusb was limited to ~150 Mbps

This router seems to max out at 110Mbps using QOS (might be tunable).
