That's really good, I'd been doing a sort of plank (basically a held in the upright position of a press up) but this is much much better, you really feel it much sooner.

Nicest of all, you're not sat there endlessly doing 200 sit ups like I was, when you get the same (or possibly better effect) by doing a plank for 1 min x 3 times every 2 days!

Just noticed that, one thing you'd do is just use the same device, if it's inaccurate, at least it's consistently inaccurate, and the timings will be relative for improvement, if you're using 6 different devices, then you'll get variation - just use the one device.
