You're on the Knowsley hubsite, but that's fed from the Preston regional headend. We can choose whether to treat them as separate areas or as one big lump.

When VM launch channels, everyone gets them at the same time. The rate of software updates is controlled to make sure everything is working and to manage any problems that arise. Sky do exactly the same.
