Well he might want to play European Football and win titles. However if he doesn't want to do that then he is more than welcome at Arsenal.

I imagine Liverpool are more likely to thrown money at him than Arsenal are so that is probably true. That said I don't see Liverpool being able to do that anymore unless they sell Suarez. Liverpool's big spending is probably over now, but at least you have Downing, Henderson and Carroll to show for it.
