I really cannot understand why VM pricing has to be so difficult. Surely it cannot be difficult to have say: -

Broadband M = £x
Broadband L = £y
Broadband XL = £z

Phone & TV priced similarly with a discount for 2 services and a bigger discount for 3 services. Add additional loyalty discount for time you have been a customer and/or length of contract etc but clearly displayed.

I know there will be additional charges I.E. Tivo, call display etc but again surely in the digital age it can't be that difficult to let customers know exactly what they are paying for and how much it is to add or subtract from their package without recourse to a phone call to India?

I do think that a lack of transparency in pricing is a real disincentive for many.
Spot on.
