You dont understand, the line test, which tests the line from the master socket to the cabinet came back with a perfect score of 72, and no errors. So yes, you can tell if you have a perfect line

It turned out to be the kit at the exchange, the OR engineer connected me to a different port and its worked fine ever since, without any dropouts
