Would someone from Virgin like to comment. Clearly S4C are blaming them. Perhaps I could pass the information back to them . In the end I just want to stop switching to freeview to watch this channel. Is that to much to ask.
Have sent your reply on to them. Perhaps in the mean time you could advise whom I should chase this up with ?
