Yes and no. Programmes are automatically grouped by title. ie any shows you have more than one ep of are grouped together. I believe that Suggestions and items from the same Wishlist are also grouped into one folder.

And, for the moment, that's it.

You can't make your own folders at this time, which is slightly annoying
