Yes - Home Theatre.
I have tried both unplugging it, and pressing the standby/on/off button

I found this on AVforums - does this make any difference?

Re: Help me reset and reformat my v+ box


1. Press Home button;
2. Press Play/Pause until E-00 appears;
3. Press TVDrive or V+ button, which ever one you have until E-01 appears;
4. Press channel down four times until HDD4 appears;
5. The disk will be reformatted and the box reset.

Is this a reset to Factory settings, ie losing all recordings etc
