I would
expect them too as well, but it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't because if they continue to grow their income per customer as they have by selling more bundles (especially with Fibre launching this year), they don't actually need to.
They could have a massive PR opportunity ahead and I wouldn't put it past them to make the most of it.
