I've had mine for 4 weeks and catch up works fine from the EPG

It was only on Friday last. You may be right about the EPG but why are VM saying to quite a few callers with this problem to 151 that there is a problem and it is under investigation?
Bear in mind that I cannot even go back as far as yesterday on the EPG.
