Just call 150 as most have done on here and explain, I know that some will not agree with it but that is what a lot are doing over forums and blogs?

This is depressing now that I actually called! I tried to explain others have got that info, but he was adamant that there was no info he could give me, that it would all be in the email which would arrive in due course

I do not know the phone number as I won one and i would call again and ask to be put through to the sales/tivo sales team?
