hi thanks for comingback to me, unfotunately we have problems with the wireless router we dont really want to have to reset it as last time we did but could not get my notebook to work when we tried to get onto the internet.with it. we find the netgear page not very easy and i have 2 laptops secured on is

We are not very good with this kind of thing we really need someone to walk us through on the passwords etc., and we dont know how to secure it either.

we had a friend who set it up for us but we no longer have any contact with them. one thing we dont understand it one of our relations comes with their laptop they cannot get in to our wireless they put the password in but has nver had any luck,
we had an old router and had the same performance with that not sure if the person set it up funny. if you go to our brother in laws we can log onto his router with our laptop without any problem.

just wish we could get in using admin and password but it wont allow us we have tried everything but to no avail. very fed up as we wanted to get onto the internet using the ds
