the sticker is old and weathered -did the students have Dr who and his TARDIS at their disposal to drag it through time , is it in the event horizon of a black hole ,does it have a flux capacitor under the bonnet
no i think its just a very old sticker - unless the students carefully aged and weathered the sticker as part of their rise to anarchy
