It looks to me like she has made herself unemployable. I'm aggrieved that the taxpayer has to then fund such a persons existence.
Take it back to our hunter gatherer past. A hunter could, if he or she chose, wear bells around their wrists and ankles (a legitimate expression of their personality you may say) but then they wouldn't catch any game and would go hungry-tough luck! Fast forward 5000 years......we have a similar situation in a technological society and yet we are now expected to give the idiot in question a free lunch. Marvellous!
