West Ham broke the rules over the Tevez affair and should have relegated, or loss heavuily of points, and therefore quite rightly United should have been promoted.

It always appear the big clubs can get away with murder, yet small clubs get hit hard with minus points, l could name three clubs that started a season between 20 and 30 minus points, this is what is unfair about football today, there is one rule for one, and one for another.
