Click on the Connection button in the header of this page and see what your Host address is. Although you live in a certain postal address it does not necessarily follow that this is the area that will show up in the upgrade list.
For example, mine is cpc2
stre 4 -0 -0 cust XXX.bagu.cable.ntl.com
The
stre stands for Stretford and that is the area that will show in the list rather than Urmston where I actually live.
If the abbreviation isn't clear to you, post your host address and another member will be sure to be able to tell you what it represents but XXX out your customer number.
