I'm remembering a time with Ntl when I would make a pot of tea,have a snack ready and have a book handy and just sit at the phone reading,drinking and eating until I got an answer...I never do that now.

Mind the simple step of providing a service status number must have cut down on some of the unnecessary phone calls..
