I clearly stated having a refund for loss of service is fine I just hate people who bitch and moan ust to get a better deal because there mate has and the service is working perfect for this.

at the end of the contract period if you found a better deal with O2 but wanted to stay with Voda would you stay with Voda and pay more than you need or try to negotiate a better deal? If a company offers someone a good deal and they tell your friends about it and they have the same service and pay more its natural to feel like you are ripped off. No owes Virgin any loyalty they are a company wanting to make money in a capitalist system. I will work my hardest to get the best deal I can and I feel no remorse for it
