I personally look for the best deal and then go for that I don't haggle the prices for a provider I pay the price that is set i.e Vodafone I asked them the price for the package I wanted they told me and I paid it I didn't haggle with them because thats the price, if I wanted something cheaper I would look round but too me that was a good deal and maybe a new customers get a better deal I don't mind as when I took my contract that was the price so I pay for it as I use the service.

I clearly stated having a refund for loss of service is fine I just hate people who bitch and moan ust to get a better deal because there mate has and the service is working perfect for this.
