Well, here again is the problem with getting all hot under the collar at news emerging from an
ongoing court case. What, exactly, is the point in you demanding 'where is the proof'? There are a load of highly-paid barristers standing in a court room right now, showing proof for all the claims being made, and a jury is sat there listening and watching it all.
Only when it has all been laid out and the jury is considering its verdict can we hope to have a meaningful discussion about the rights and wrongs committed here.
