Well thats the case in most franchises. I would suggest that you use what was stated above 'Using the pause facility' will stop that problem. eg 1470p01827-xxx-xxx

This is also the case with Colt,Verizon,Smallworld Media and some Cable and Wireless telephone lines.

Other options.............

Remove Permanent number withold and only dial 141 before a non trusted number.

Dial 1470 manually

Furthermore, what I have also discovered is that some companies that I have called have recieved my Calling line identity even though I dialled 141 and that was with a BT and Telewest line. Also I left a voicemail on someones NTL Advanced voicemail and my number still showed up even though I witheld my number. How is that NTL had my number when I called from a BT landline and put 141 before dialling!
