Thanks - I've been there. The issue is there are several different types (grades) of cable and connectors (some that require different equipment). I also understand some cables are not well suited to damp conditions. So I'm after advice on specifics if you are able to help me on that
I am not an install engineer but I would get electrical conduit and run it under the floor as it can be fitted with its own brackets and can be glued together and has elbow joints plus it enables the cable to be replaced and kept dry much better than pinning it under the floorboards.
