Hello,

I've been on VM since the beginning previously with Telewest, i am paying Â£46.50 a month for the basic TV package, Phone and 10MB.

Â£46.50 seems a little steep for these packages, sure other people have been able to get XL TV, XL BB for less.

Would i be able to ring up and get prices lowered, free upgrade to XL BB?
