Its a classic case of people not thinking before their actions. It is so sad. You have a dead man and a guy who is now facing a murder charge (which no doubt will affect his family too). I dont understand why the woman is being charged with murder too though.

I can understand why someone would go after a teenager chav for hassling his missus (Im not saying its ok to do that ), but i just cant understand how you can mistake a 59 year old guy whos frail, by all accounts, for a 19ish year old lout.
