I'm having the same troubles with Virgin. I signed up in August 07 and was offered a deal of Ã‚Â£28 per month. The deal was that I got XL broadband + phone for the price of the L broadband + phone. When I checked my bills I am actually being charged Ã‚Â£37 per month. When I spoke to them of course no one had heard of that offer so I'm at the stage of writing an email to the complaints department - any tips? Did they ever produce any of your paper work?
