A bit rusty on this modem but there is a section i think its signal levels this should give the upstream and downstream .At a guess it could be the modem if the levels are ok
Do you have cable tv ? and if you do ,do you have a samung box or v+ box if the bb goes down does the light on the samsung flash or the online light on the v+ go out ?
