For low pings I'd recommend Be. They are the best option available to you in my opinion.

When you are connected recommend you ask them to change you to fast path. This may lower your download speed slightly but will give you the best pings.

With fast path LLU DSL I see pings of 5ms to the BBC.

The information supplied by BT based on telephone number search is fairly conservative usually which is why it gives details of speed that a line 'should' achieve as an 'at least' value.

In my line's case very conservative. 5.5Mbit at 1.4km of real line length. Despite being somewhat noisy my line achieves 8 on ADSL 1 easily and nearly 20 on ADSL2+.
