I'm not getting cheesed off with it as that isn't going to help the situation I just hope a s/w update comes soon to resolve the issue.

I was in exactly the same position as you.Since the Virgin update the remote lag was horrendous!
Last night I formatted the hard drive
and since then it has been miles better!Lost all my recordings but IF it makes the remote problem better itll be worth it!
