I think you need to give them a bit more detail as to what happend with ****tyLink - even though it's beyond their control. You should also send a letter to SL as well...
I don't think you need the kisses at the end either!

Edit - have you phoned the local trading standards and reported it?
Might be worth a call and to tell Ebuyer you have a case ref number from them - that might get things moving a bit quicker for you - good luck and keep as informed as to what happens!
