Not sure what the law is regarding an RMA but if you bought it online you could avail of the distance selling regs to get a refund and go elsewhere if the RMA is going to take ages. Time is of the essence and all that. |
Well, I got it from Dabs, and they say "expect 4-6 weeks for a resolution"... I bloody hope its sooner.
