It was a no win situation, the video tape they used to drop for customers to see had a few lies in it! thats ntl/cableTel for you

They got away with that in poor TV reception areas, but I was proved right when they moved up the valleys and the guy handling faults said we get very few from up there, I said wait until they cable the houses on the side of the mountain.
