Thanks for the replies guys, and in answer to your questions......my BB is through my SACM, i also asked if they had disconnected me by accident and they said nope definitely not.........and the only led light that was working was the power one.
It is now all working again, i'm just wondering if by chance they did disconnect my modem at the same time as my TV..........makes one wonder.
