Motherboard temp
Hi all
Was just looking at some temps for my machine, and saw that thw motherboard temp was 57c. Is that too high or is it fine? System specs are ECS Geforce 6100-SM-M AMD Sempron 3400+ 1.8ghz 1gig of ram Maxtor 80GB sata drive XP Home. |
Re: Motherboard temp

Re: Motherboard temp
You could pick up another fan for a couple of pounds. There will either be somewhere on your motherboard for fans or use a spare power connector off the PSU.
Also, try to make sure you don't have anything obstructing airflow, cables, etc. |

Re: Motherboard temp
Right ive bolted another 12cm fan on the front of the case, and the motherboard temp according to speedfan is currently 30c, which is alot better. Thanks for the help everyone. :tu:
