Is this just me

when i phone cs to report a fault they say we will get someone to phone you in about 3 days , no call
then when you phone them back they say we will send someone to your house , nobody comes
so i send a email through the make a complaint section and surprise suprise no repliy
any of you lot there having the same problem or do they just hate me

Yes, thats the only rational explaination. They have a big notice board with your name on, saying if this person calls/emails, ignore! :P

They are just terrible at customer service.

to be fair,the faults call centres were outsourced at the time of the NTL/Telewest merger (the broadband support having gone a little earlier).they went to IBM who shipped them over the waters.:(
