Wireless Zero Configuration

Hope that one of you smart cookies can sort me out.

I have recently got Virgin Wireless with Speedtouch kit.

The problem is that ny connection wont stay on when I turn the PC off.

When I turn the PC on the connection has gone. Windows says it can't manage my connection and I have to use Wireless Zero Configuration.

When I run Wireless Zero Configuration it connects straight away. But I don't want to have to do this every time I turn on.

Is there some way to have Wireless Zero Configuration start up when I start the PC??

Re: Wireless Zero Configuration

I tend to personally disable all other Wireless software and let Windows manage my connection, I realise that this probably doesn't help you right this moment, but it might do in future :)

Re: Wireless Zero Configuration

Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools

In there you'll find a Services type shortcut (it's removed by our IS lot on these work machines so I can't be more specific :( ). Open that and look for the Wireless Zero Config service - it's probably set to Manual but you should be able to set it to Automatic.
