all 4 digiboxes are showing 'unsubscribed channels' on every channel
once again I am on the phone to them I find out that I have been downgraded to the base back :mad::mad::mad::mad: the guy can give me no reason why this is so I have been on direct debit since last year and I now find out that I am still, still, still, still, still, still, still, still, still, still, being charged for the wrong level broadband that I have compalined about since last decemeber. The writing is on the wall methinks - the guy passed me through to 'Retention' and I was immediately cutoff :mad: |

This seems to be pointing to your account details being messed up somewhere, maybe one of the NTL people that post here can look into your account for you. Happily not all the people who work for NTL are rude and inept at their jobs ;)
