Perhaps this is Ntls way of preparing us for the apparent "BIG" upgrade in March?? :rolleyes:

Anyway, email, Ntl homepage etc down in Belfast too!!

Ntl, sort it out!!!! (Maybe they've taken the hump with their customers over last nights Watchdog programme) :confused:

I'm constantly telling anybody who will listen what a stable connection I have on my NTL BB and how I never get any problems.....

I've been told not to complain about email service again because, apparently, it's only a fringe benefit of broadband. Oh they do make me laff those NTL folk.

No email at all at the mo here. Still, can't complain (literally)!!

Down in Glasgow again. A "fringe" benefit of broadband - like we provide you with a link but being able to use it for anything is just a fringe benefit. WTF are they on????? Isn't that a bit like BMW selling you a car in which the steering wheel doesn't move? Ah well sir, it drives perfectly, being able to steer is just a fringe benefit of driving!!

NTL if you are reading this you are the PITS. Is it any wonder you lose millions of pounds when you treat your customers like this

I'm currently in Toronto trying to log into ntl's webmail and I can't get into that either.

I get so much junk mail that all I want to do is empty it out so any legit emails will have room to be in there. I've been able to do this for the past few days but today theres nothing... not a sausage.. nada !!:mad:

Hey, now heres a thought. When I get back home maybe my inbox will be empty anyway because the server won't let any spam in there in the first place !!
Maybe this is the silver lining !! ha ha ;)

If my company had to use this "Please accept our apologies" clause as many times as NTL does, we would be out of business.

This company has now gone beyond a joke.

maybe they should use it as a slogan
