Anyone know how long they take to be delivered? I didn't go for the priority option.

Well, Play.com have them for 17.99 which is a good bit cheaper than the powerball web site AND you get free delivery.

Do they really help with medical problems? I have carpel tunnel in both wrists and wonder if it is worth a trip to Ebay to buy one?

Actually I don't think there's any point returning it, it would cost me more to post it back to Eire than I'd save by buying off Play.com instead.
