Attempting to log on times out after about 2 minutes. Which is actually normal service, so I'll keep trying and if it doesn't let me in after half a dozen attempts I'll know it's worse than usual and assume it's still broken.

Then timed out attempting to scroll to the final page of messages :-(

Finally reached the last page, clicked on a message to view it, and was told my session had expired! Currently on my second attempt to log back on...

That's it, I give up, it's still broken. Occasionally I can get as far as a list of messages, but it always times out when I try to view any of them.

Nothing in Glasgow. Why do I pay these muppets every month. Brewery and p*** up spring to mind. I have set top box that requires booting almost every day, e-mail that rarely connect without a hitch.

I'm sure they'd be the first to complain if my direct debit experienced technical problems
