I got a high score of 11400, elbow is feeling a LOT better, but now can't seem to break 11,000 any more.

Also started getting cramp in my palm :(

Need to take it easy for a few days.

Since the coil is wound around a groove, you need to pull it out in the same direction as the groove.

Ive broken mine :( I was using it as usual then all of a sudden the spin got easy, now it will not start properly and spins to fast :mad:

assuming you got summat in there to artificially lubricate it, try drying it out for a few days in the airing cupboard?

nope I was just using it as normal, spun it in one hand let it slow down and continued spinning with no resistance,im not stupid enough to have lubed it up, also it has not been dropped or missused in any way

If it's stopped working properly after such a short period of use I'm sure they will replace it.

Yep.........I borked mine a year ago and they replaced it........they have really good customer service :tu:

I sent a request for a free wrist strap via that email & received it the other day :cool:

How do you start it without the cord? I couldn't get the video on the powerball site to work.
