I usually wedge bottles/jars in the door frame - hence all the chunks missing from the frame at my last flat :D

managed to get 10,000 odd so far.... think it will be a fair while before I post on the high score board.

Trouble is I find it very easy to get the cord stuck inside when starting it up, and have managed to break off one of the plastic bits on the cord...

Also my fingers are quite long - so whilst I'm holding it and straining (as you do) - I find my fingers start sliding over the ball and slowing it down...

phew, I was worried for a minute - hang on, what am i saying :Sprint:

- oh and I seem to have had a relapse & can only just get around 10K, but I am trying to keep it going for longer, rather than aiming for a peak speed.

I can feel a definite improvement in my wrist :tu:

Make sure you pull the cord in the same plane that it's wound in.....

What you are struggling to say is that your fingers are too weak to stop the ball sliding in your hand. :D
